Concert Band
The mission of the Wahpeton Public Schools Fine Arts Department is to inspire in students a lifelong involvement in and appreciation of the arts, through production, presentation, and performance experiences. The Fine Arts courses further the artistic development of every student through aesthetic and intellectual experiences that foster creativity and self-expression.
