Repack Meals Program

WAHPETON PUBLIC SCHOOLS RE-PACK MEAL PROGRAM

Welcome Back, Huskies!

We're excited to bring back the Meal Repack Program for another year - now with two new pick-up locations for our older students!

What Is the Meal Repack Program?
The Meal Repack Program is a partnership between the Great Plains Food Bank and Creating A Hunger-Free ND.  It helps reduce food waste by repackaging leftover food from our school kitchens into frozen, ready-to-eat meals for students and families to take home.

Thanks to grant funding, this Program is available at no cost to schools or families!

Program details:
  • Meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis
  • All meals are frozen and ready to take home
  • Containers are microwave safe and do not need to be returned

STARTING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2025

Meal Pick Up Times & Locations:
  • WES (Door #9)-Fridays, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm (Students & Families)
  • *WMS & WHS (Freezers near the Dog Dens) - Fridays after the last bell

If Friday is not a school day, meals will be available on the last day of the school week

Thank you for supporting this effort to reduce waste and support our community!
